Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 0–1 business day after payment is confirmed. Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Shipping & Delivery Time

Once your order has been processed and shipped, estimated delivery time is 3–5 business days (Monday–Friday).

We offer FREE shipping on all orders. No minimum purchase required.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation with a tracking number so you can monitor your delivery status.

Shipping Restrictions

We currently ship to addresses within the United States. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses at this time.

Delays & Issues

While we strive to meet all estimated delivery times, delays may occasionally occur due to carrier issues, weather conditions, or high order volumes. These situations are outside our control. If your order has not arrived within the estimated timeframe, please contact us through our website for assistance.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please reach out to us through our website within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
